Any access to the sinadeo.com website and / or any research carried out on said site, and / or any use of said site by the user implies acceptance of the Conditions of Use of the sinadeo.com website, as defined below. These conditions of use may be modified or adjusted at any time; therefore the website users are invited to consult them on a regular basis.
Anyone can access to this site at any time. However, Mr François MARTHAN may decide to interrupt the service for technical maintenance. In such case, he will communicate in advance to the users the schedule of maintenance works.
The sinadeo.com website is frequently updated by Mr François MARTHAN. Similarly, the legal notice may be modified at any time: Nevertheless, it imposes to the user who is invited to refer to it as frequently as possible.

3. Purpose of the website

The purpose of the sinadeo.com website is to provide some information about the activities of the company.
SINADEO endeavors to provide reliable content. However, it is not liable for omissions, inaccuracy and lacks in updates, being the owner of the information or the user of the third-party partners information.
All contents in the sinadeo.com website is only made available to users for information and is likely to change over time. Furthermore, the information appearing in the sinadeo.com site is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to modification being applied from its release online.

4. Legal restrictions on technical data

The website uses the JavaScript technology.
The internet website is not liable for any hardware damages associated with the use of the site. Furthermore, the user of the site commits to access to the site by using a recent equipment, free from virus and thanks to a latest generation up-to-date web browser.

SINADEO is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the right to use all elements accessible from the site, including, in particular, texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.
Any copy, representation, modification, publishing, adaptation of all or part of the website elements, regardless of the mean or process used, is prohibited without prior consent of SINADEO
Any non-authorized use of the website or of a part of its content will be considered as constitutive of a piracy and sued according to the article L.335-2 and following of the French code of intellectual property law.

6. Limitation of responsibilities

SINADEO is not liable of direct or indirect damages caused to the user equipment during the access to the sinadeo.com website and resulting either from the usage of a material not complying with the specification mentioned in the paragraph 4, or of the occurrence of a bug or of an incompatibility.
SINADEO is not more liable to any other indirect damages (such as the loss of a market or a commercial opportunity) consecutive to the use of the sinadeo.com site.
Some interactive spaces (ie: Possibility to ask questions in the “contact” space) are available to users. SINADEO reserves the right to suppress, without prior notice, any content uploaded in this space which would breach the relevant legislation in France, more particularly the data protection related legal provisions.
Violating these laws can result in civil liability and criminal penalties, particularly in case of any message with racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic content, regardless of the media used (text, pictures…).

7. Personal data

In France, personal data is notably protected by the law n° 78-87 of January 6th, 1978, the law n° 2004-801 of August 2004, the article L. 226-13 of the penal code and the European directive of October the 24th 1995.
When using the sinadeo.com site, the following elements can be collected: the URL address of the links used by the user to access to the website, the Internet Protocol address (IP) of the user.
In any case, the sole purpose of the collection of the user personal data is to provide some services offered by the sinadeo.com website. The user provides this information knowingly, particularly when he/she makes the data entry by him/herself. 9. Applicable law and allocation of jurisdiction

Any dispute related to the use of the sinadeo.com website is subject to French law and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Paris Courts.
